As far as faction roleplay goes, I think only the Sols should have the biggest cargo ships. Just like Quants should have the biggest Mining ships and the Octs should have the biggest guns.

i was gonna say just that lol.

and YES improve the POS, DO waste your time on them, shush Net. just make them a bit more usefull and less space spamming. you guys are good at coming up with ideas, if you need help you can always come around and ask a few of us

moot points are so much more fun though!

If they can change factions to nations, I sure hope they come up with something better than player owned stations this time...or at least something with a better acronym

just keep POSs but make them so not just a single person can build them but that it takes the effort of a squad to build and mantain, think Eve. ( sry i had to )

and i agree, but POSs in EvE are a must for squads ( corps in their case ) that want to live in Unreg. ( 0.0 ).

im sure most unreg space will be empty besides the wreckages/asteroid belts/beacons we will find on most of them, stations should be left for the players to build or some sort of outposts..i dunno. lets brainstorm.

Cargo ships in Jumpgate Evolution wont suffer the same fate as Tows and Feighters in Jumpgate Classic ie SLOW! Source - I could say but Id have to eat you afterwards and Im full of Quant soup atm.
