Jumpgate "Community"

I am not spending much time on the dev boards these days. The signal to noise ratio is astounding...and the number of new people all throwing around rediculous ideas and concepts just weighs down the whole thing. I have started an ignore list, and thought maybe we should just share each other's ignore list. That way, we could at least get to the heart of whatever topic we are discussing without having to wade through 40 posts by one person in the thread.

Or am I just being elitist? I guess I am to a point, but it kills me that I cannot 'participate' on the level I wish to without wading through 100 points of view that has no bearing on jumpgate or the future of jumpgate.

I'm sure the signal to noise ratio will improve when there's something to actually talk about. There virtually no new info on the game so there's nothing really to say that the dev's haven't repeatedly heard over and over already. Unless you want to talk about the new cool back story.........which sounds an awful lot like the old back story with the word "shift" replacing "the great collapse".....never mind.
