What connections are announced/can be found between Themis and the new Jumpgate? Where did Hermann come from? Is he secretly GM_Trogdor? Is Awen just a new name for GM_Moll? Who all will be at the Christmas Party Scorch goes to this year?

Will the mushroom treatment be the standard protocol for community interaction this time around?

I talked to Moll a month or so ago, she said she isnt connected to Jumpgate at all anymore.

Themis isn't connected to Jumpgate at all anymore. Their contract ran out several months ago if i'm not mistaken.

Well, next time you talk with her see if she knows Nicole "Awen" or Hermann Peterscheck, and whether or not their involved with Jumpgate Evolution. We know their public status with Jumpgate

Why the heck do you even care Grim? Does it actually make you any difference? Either the game will be good and well run or it won't. The past is NOT a good predictor of the future. If it were, I would have swallowed my barrel a long time ago, in-game or out.

Honestly, I'll give the game a fair shake either way, but to rehire Themis after the relationship they had with the Jumpgate community would be a slap in the face to those of us who still give a rats ass after all these years. Personally, I like a good slap in the face from time to time, but I suspect there are members of this community that would hate Themis enough to not want to give ND any more money if Themis was involved.

That, and it's interesting in a tabloid sort of way

ND has said their ties with themis are ended. And in that interview, it sounded like Awen is a employee of NetDevil, not some outside organization such as Themis.

Hopefully, we will never be subjected to the likes of Trogdor, Moll, or Savant ever again.
