HI.. posted this on the official site.. but now i can't log back in to discuss it. BUT its on my mind so i need to speak.

Evolution sort of sounds likes its in the future.. but at the same time the history given doesn't exactly match up. Is it a "reboot" of the universe? Is it a re-invisioning but still happening in the future compared to the classic sever?

New name for the jumpgate network.. and still 3 main factions and hyperial only has 1 station after the shift.. it only had one in classic.

The Jumpgates were never perfected, hence the anomalies we had in different parts of space... Remember that at EP2 we had at one point had to have gate keys to enter flux space...

With the existence of only one Hyp station, this portends that there is another faction somewhere out in the Edge.

I got that it is not only in the future, but that for whatever reason a bunch of stuff was pulled into a different galaxy, and it took them until 30 years ago to get the jumpgates up in the new place.

What would be hawt is if they'd actually pull that stuff out of the Jumpgate Classic server and update the graphics

Its funny, after all this time getting used to the TRI date format, they screw it all and start over again? One would think that we would be at 206 format (107 + 99), actually 207 when we probably will hit beta.

Yes, we are more or less human from what i've gathered over the years, and it's a convenient translation even if it's not exactly the 'human' race per se.
