It should not go unnoted
That the Jumpgate Evolution website now offers a choice of German text for many of those that helped keep Jumpgate going for so long. I think this in itself answers many questions that some may have. It also appears to be in some other language. Japanese?

not quite accurate. 'chinese' is basically mandarin, which is just one of the dialects within china itself. each province generally has its own dialect and i think there are about 12 different dialects altogether, with each having slight variations within the dialect depending on which region of the province you're in. mandarin is just the accepted dialect as the chief chinese language because some emporer declared it so in some dynasty a thousand years ago or something like that. |
