Since most ppl had already thought of the first 10 things that came to me, i decided latin was gonna be my reference point.

Since all of our active members that seem interested in this have posted, we will be loosing up the restrictions on Friday. So get your entries in before then. On Friday we will open it up to any registered member. However, only one submission will then be allowed. The category may be squeezed dry but I am sure there are a few more good choices out there.

My entries were: Crow, Corone, Harpy

Considering it's a light fighter, I wanted something that reflected somewhat to its role of power in numbers, buzzing in and out taking potshots, picking off stragglers and half-dead, and just being general pests.

Crows are known for their habits of travelling in flocks and harrassing other birds and animals. They are scavengers, carrion eaters and predators of opportunity.
Corone is the latin name for the carrion crow.

Harpies: "...they were agents of punishment who abducted people and tortured them on their way to Tartarus (think Hell). They were vicious, cruel and violent. They were usually seen as the personifications of the destructive nature of wind."
