What do you think these TRI drones are for?

NetDevil was kind enough to send us an exclusive screen shot from Jumpgate Evolution.

The word "drone" makes me believe it is AI of course. So what do you think their purpose is? Target practice? Illusion of TRI society? Target Practice?

Yeah maybe they are the protectors of the innocents. I have a feeling quite a few people will be have these after them. They look hard to hit.

I think they could call any AI drones, whether the AI hauls or mines or fights or pirates. By the look of those things I'd suspect patrolling and looking for bounties.

Man I've been harping on what those things were since the first Jumpgate Evolution pics were released, kinda disappointed to see it's not another player faction, but nice to know what I was looking at the whole time.
