If you're bored and want to do something different, can be very addictive and as on Hermann's interview, is simple to use yet hard to master. There are many strategies that can be used depending on the enemies and scenarios, and this was the first game I ever played over the net that required brain usage.

In this site you will find some game basic and advanced tricks, pics of players (including mine), and other nice tools to help you get going on your SC experience.

I used to play on 4 servers but right now only 4 remain (we had over 10 before). Im playing ATM on the Helium server, which is a 2.8.x version. It is actually better than the old 2.8 I used to play in.

Having some simple math knowledge helps but its not required. For many things tools are available for calculating battles (to help you guess what kind of forces the enemy has) and such.
