Go into your usercp and look under "Group Memberships" and join the ISU one. Then wait till he adds you.

Just a fair warning that if you have no posts on this site then the limited initial usergroup will override any benefits of your squad group. Once you have three non spammy posts all members are upgraded to active status automatically and should have no such limits. It applies to everyone and it is free.
