The New BSG

Love it or hate it, we're already talking about it and it doesn't even seem to have it's own thread, other than for the spinoff about the Pegasus. Since I'm not the only one here who watches it, perhaps I can get a couple of my questions about the show answered:

Isn't there 1 more secret cylon? Who?

What the heck did the Jimmy Hendrix remake have to do with anything? It seemed really out of place to me.

Screw the 3rd gen cylons, I want to know the 2nd gen ones!

I'm betting Balter is cylon, explains everything.

With Razor, it showed that there was a 1st gen made from Human parts, and then in season 2 we were introduced to the 2nd gens when the blond cylon model was "boxed" because she saw who they were, and then there are the current 3rd gen models.

I dont think Baltar is a cylon, hell... I dont even think we should consider Razor a new BSG. This is part of season 4 of BSG.

I dont think Kara is a cylon personally, but it sure looked like it there for awhile. If she is, she is one of the 2nd gen unknowns, same league as what I think Baltar is.

Well, not sure what BSG u guys are watching, but there's one remaining cylon to be revealed, we can't have 2 uknowns with 1 remaining

I don't know who the final Cylon is. Unfortunately I don't think Ron Moore did either when he started writing. I don't like that Laura's new aid is a Cylon, it just exaggerates the point that Billy should have been.

The use of Jimi Hendrix All Along the Watchtower I think is pivotal. It is the first pop culture song from Earth we have heard. The fact that Tyrol, Tigh, Anders and the Presidents new aid all heard it and thats what clued them into the fact that they are Cylons has to do with Earth and the role the final 5 play there. But what do I know, Im just guessing. I hope they do this thing right, I gotta tell you this YEAR LONG hiatus has me wavering. Sci fi is fraking it up pretty good.
