Sir Arthur with his books was the one that got me interested in Sci-Fi when I was a young boy.
What amazed me most was that in his books he invented stuff that 20-30 years on you could buy in a store, like the cellular phone.

2001 was the 1st sci-fi I ever read. that's all I pretty much have read since.
