I had to open port 15225 outgoing to login

What was the local port skipjack? And is that the port the game runs on as well?

the local port was in the 3400 range, forgot which one. I just set the firewall to 1024:65000->15225. I don't know if the game runs on that port. I haven't done any sniffing after I was able to log in.
