Taikodom Joystick Config
Go to the config folder and find default.ini. At this point, I should tell you to make a back up in case you screw it up.
I found this part, added the missing buttons, and assigned them to stuff I thought I'd like. I'll be rearranging them later. Code:
[input.COMBAT_FLIGHT] MOUSE_LEFT="SHOOT" MOUSE_RIGHT="SECONDARY_SHOOT" MOUSE_WHEELUP="NEXT_CANNON" MOUSE_WHEELDOWN="PREV_CANNON" LSHIFT_MOUSE_WHEELUP="NEXT_LAUNCHER" LSHIFT_MOUSE_WHEELDOWN="PREV_LAUNCHER" E="ROLL_CW" Q="ROLL_CCW" JOY_BTN_0="SHOOT" JOY_BTN_1="SPECIAL2" JOY_BTN_2="NEAREST_TARGET" JOY_BTN_3="NEXT_TARGET" JOY_BTN_4="NEXT_CANNON" JOY_BTN_5="PREV_CANNON" JOY_BTN_6="ACCELERATE" JOY_BTN_7="DEACCELERATE" |

Re: Taikodom Joystick Config
By the way, I saw the answer to the POV button on the TDK forum (if anyone else is looking to config this way).

Re: Taikodom Joystick Config
Does strafing work? I can't log in because my updater still won't work (brand new install of XP, brand new install of the latest TDK build, brand new Java, brand new Nvidia driver).
Same story on my laptop, so I tried uninstalling AVG (the only thing the 2 computers have in common besides my network) and nada. Next step is to eliminate my network I guess. Holpon guys don't seem to have any ideas beyond deleting my TMP folder and trying again. :/ Also the 800mb download is still on 379 version. |

Re: Taikodom Joystick Config
It wasn't AVG. It wasn't my network. Both are pretty easy to eliminate from the equation. I still see 379 as the downloadable installer. TDK is blaming my ISP's cache (which sounds unlikely to me). Do you guys see the new version on the download page? Does strafing work?
