when i started, it had a tutorial vid. had painfully long pauses for you to read one or two sentences, but it got me a handle on it. Unfortunately, i discoed right at the beginning of the space one, so i had to figure that stuff out on my own.

as far as a tutorial I will write the damn thing.... I think you guys can get the flight controls VERY easy (you guys are Jumpgate vets hehehe, flying in Tac should be like shooting fish in a barrel).

There is a couple of things you should do and I will come along and help you (I have money)....

I just logged on and the server is being shitty today... its almost time for the devs to leave but I am hoping @Lena or @Deus give the server a boot before they go home in Portugal.

Been trying to get back home from Neptuno... Been fighting this other corp all day....

I've got it down already. Just the between the server and my min spec comp, things are kind of a pain.

At the moment i'm trying to get logged back in, and it keeps telling me that i'm already logged in. /sigh

It's not obvious what to do when you first login.
I flew through that ring thing and ended up in an atmosphere with a gadzilion stations.

Press C for first person view

Do dock with a station, target the station with your mouse or your joystick after pressing the Space bar (Auto Pilot/Navigator mode) or the V button (gives you a view of objects you can interact with)

The ring thing is a gate.... Press R to go through it. You went from Lua (Training Moon) to Terra (Earth).

Yeah when you first log in you are kinda lost but if you press help it gives you some concise instructions on talkign to an Agent (press the ! in your toolbar while in the Station). Agents are mission controllers...

I am going to try to log in and head to Lua to see if any of you guys are there

Remember that Terra, Martes (Mars), and Lua (the Moon) are safe zones except the droids (indicated by the red squares in your radar) can kill you if you fly close to them or in the hostile area (you will get warned if you drift into an hostile area)

Yeah today they had a bad day..... they have a crapload of players to my surprise tho

I will add you to my buddy list in game and drop some money off to both you and Jump so that yall can get better ships

what about that issue jump has with js and mouse fighting each other?

and how long does this thing take to realize that i'm not actually logged in? (or did a GM take over my account? )
