Post 2nd reset Markets

Is it just me, or are stations that should be buying goods giving a bunch of "we don't want this right now" messages? I've got a station that says it buys nonmetals... but isn't really buying them. What gives?

Where can I go to sell the stuff that I've mined???

I talked to a GM, and it seems that a station will buy a certain amount of an item. Once it buys that amount it will not buy more until it decides it wants it, which could be up to a week.

I am going to try to explain the error of this thinking. If a station says it buys non-metal, then it should buy it. If lots of people are selling an item there, then it buys it for less and less and less. At least then you have to choice to sell, or to go find a station that pays more.

The problem is the station data isn't published like it is in Jumpgate so you are always flying blind. Which gets old real quick.

The problem is worse than that. If a station says it buy non-metal, it sure as heck better not tell me it doesn't want my stuff after I fly 7 sectors carrying the junk to market.
