I was flying around Terra to see if anything is new and I realised that my A and D keys work in the direction is locked and you can access chat. You can actually flip a U turn pretty damn quick. It also works when you have direction locked in cruise mode to adjust your direction.

I can't get used to this mouse keyboard thing, no matter how much I try.

Me either Jump. Thinking about it, the flight engine reminds me more of Freelancer than anything else so far. Just a bit more skill required aiming perhaps.
