Since the Great Collapse there has been a background radiation, a footprint as it were, of what occurred in that catastrophic epoch. The levels of that radiation have remained consistent since we began study of it. Recently that radiation has begun to increase, even if ever so slightly. We do not know what this means, but the introduction of the quantum virus into the array seems to almost coincide with this increase in radiation.

Effective immediately, I am calling for a quorum of all senior TRI and factional scientists to study this phenomenon and share their data so we may determine the nature of any threat that this may represent. I am in the process of establishing a working group that will work to this end.

In the meantime, I ask that all pilots share any and all data they feel may be relevant to this phenomenon, be it conflux related or otherwise.
