Unable To Reactivate My Account
My Account Has Been Expired For About Two Years Due To My
Army Obligations And Multiple Deployments. I Did Try To Contact
Jumpgate Support, But Have Recieved No Help. I Understand This Can't Be
Resolved Here...should I Just Start Over? Is Jumpgate Shutting Down?
Anything Would Be Appriciated - Thx

Have you tried activating your account thro jossh, click edit account, as long as you have the original credit card details and the passwords you should be ok but I take it you have tried this?

Jumpgate support is a at best of times a bit slow, and now we don’t have Thermis running it ( and im not sure they ever did ) it might take even longer. Just keep nudging them.

Jumpgate is alive and well as for starting over, at the moment you cant leap frog to Lv26 as I say no Thermis but I here they are working on it, but that being said if you know what your doing it wont take long, 3 FM’s are running if that’s not your thing I think on most nights your find some one to PVP with, the Flux are still here there and every where and we now have flux space and they go from C-1to C-27.

Also soon ™ the 2nd installment of the military patch will go live and also ND have said that Jumpgate as a whole will be getting a over haul this year, graphics AI etc.

The best thing to do is log in hit f5 type :chat and say Hi.
