Well, I hit the space lanes tonight. Unfortunately I have a problem. Everything is way too dark. My monitor brightness is up all the way. I can't see enough to fly. I barely made it to my POS.

Have the requirements changed or am I forgeting about a setting?

Requirements haven't changed.

As for settings, none that I know of, but have you tried turning up the gamma on your vidcard? 1.5 to 2.0 should do the trick. Below that range there's not enough of an effect to really notice, and much above that limit you start getting into some kinda trippy color schemes that make you wonder if those brownies you ate had a "special" ingredient.

Yeah, I did that and it was fine. But it sucks for using my system for other things. I'll have to save it as a setting and just switch when I play.

Seriously, though, I have never had any issues with changing settings and I have a crappy old GF2.
