Ok...I'm logged in, cookie accepted, etc, but I can't view any of the tools. Getting a "You have already registered as Swarm. If you forgot your password, click here. If you want to change your options, click here." message. ???

Not sure, try closing the browser and opening a new one. Navigate back to JSR and see if you are already loged in. What browser are you using? And do you have it set to accept cookies from this site? Which is safe to do, we have no bitter dark choclate chips in our cookies.

Restarting Firefox seems to have fixed it. TY!

I have the same problem.

I'm using Internet Explorer 6 and was not logged in when I tried to open a new browser and navigated back to JSR.
I added this site to "trustworthy sites" (not sure if that's correct translation here), but it didn't help. When it comes to technical questions, I am often completely lost though and to be honest, I didn't find something like "accept cookies from this site". I thought "trustworthy sites" would do it. Can anyone help me?

You need to accept the cookie when you log in. check the box next to the username box that says "Remember me". I think the wording might not show on the front page so use the login on the forums page.
