LOL. I'm probably going to get banned from JGW. But it really irks me when people are given the sandbox they so desire and then they insit on kicking the sand out and messing up the yard. When a nice guy like Wild_bill can't state his opinion on a subject without being insulted and called some nasty name.
What irks me more is how they all love JGW so much, but for years now, Hornet has been working his but off to get people to use the site, and they ignored him. Think about it. If they had gone there after PJG closed down would there have been any of these problems that eminated from the JOSSH forums? Most likely not. |

very very true my wise man heck before all this went down jgw was almost a ghost town which saddened me cause i know how hard hornet has worked. he was my second for smp for a long time afterall. lillith whom i do respect and have known for long time isnt really helping sqeltch this either. really the most ironic thing i see out of this is the very peeps tearing jgw to shreads are the ones that were the worst elements in game. seriously would you want your kids playing a game with the language that was going on. and same token i do understand TG really didnt do prper crowd control god what a visious circle. personaly in talks with ist ive came to conclusion that as part of my ongoing degree im working on im going to include a sem of social behavior study lol. pretty bad when a coder has to learn about pych to do his job right.
ow and a sem in spelling darn mavis beakon fails meside note right now TG is trying to put out a wild fire with a garden hose so most emails prolly wont get returned and well from personal exp they are not the best at sending replys even when as a curtesy they should. another symtom to the problem at hand. ![]() |

I knew GM_ K quite well and hope his days are filled with pleasure i wish he would get ahold of me. Im not so sure the razorx thing is really the answer either, but well theres alot of straw pulling going on atm (kinda obvious)trying to figuire out what is going to work, at least from what from what ide seen lol

Good people keep thier communities and neighborhoods in civil working order in real life. They should do the same online. We don't need regulations and laws on the net. Just good people holding the line. That keyboard may be bolder than the tongue, but it is nowhere near as sharp. A foul person is no more powerful than those that stand and approve. Those that strive to be good need to stand up to those that strive to be foul. No matter how unconfortable it makes us feel. IMO |

'Holy ****! That's a big conflux.' Then not hear anything from me for an hour. I'm certain it'd get the point across, and people would stop being foul. If they weren't, and used their rudimentary intelligence to be billigerent without triggering the filter, then a quick /report and they could be dealt with. I've seen plenty of otherwise civil people use an expletive when something bad or unexpected happens (hitting a petal, etc). Definitely not worthy of a perm ban from the game, even if 4 bad or unexpected things happen over the course of 6 months. |

Screaming an expletive when you hit your thumb with a hammer is a natural event that everyone understands and can forgive. Proceding to type out that expletive is a conscious event and done with intent not as a natural reaction.
Just thought I would distinguish that. |
