Hell has frozen over!!!!!
By GM_Istvan
Please be advised that as of 1 January 2007, Themis Group will cease providing technical support and events services for Jumpgate. Themis Group has supported Jumpgate through these services for more than four years, and NetDevil has been very grateful for their prolonged aid to Jumpgate during this time. NetDevil has chosen to reorganize its methods of providing Jumpgate support services, and as a result the technical support and game events roles are now being brought in-house. We do expect a few days of upheaval as we complete our cutover to new systems and procedures, and request the indulgence of the community as we make the transition. Normal technical support service should resume within a few days if there is any interruption at all. Technical support contact information will not change. Between now and 3 January, if you mail pilot_support@netdevil.com and do not receive a reply within 24 hours, please simply resubmit your mail to the pilot_support@netdevil.com address. This should guarantee correct reception of your issue by our internal system. A NetDevil support GM will take up the matter and send you a response promptly. Ordinarily you should receive a reply message in much less than 24 hours. NetDevil has chosen to provide increased events support to Jumpgate, beginning with the new year. I am pleased to introduce a renewed events team: GM_Thoth and GM_Khronos. They will be responsible for in-game news, storyline and non-storyline events activity, as well as acting for NetDevil in the technical support arena in direct contact with the development team. When necessary, they will perform forums moderation and enforcement. We intend that you will see quite a lot of them, and hope they will help to enhance the Jumpgate experience for everyone. Please welcome them to their new, very demanding jobs. No changes have occurred to billing support contacts or any billing procedures as a result of this support reorganization. I will be acting to update all references in the forums and the JOSSH website that include information affected by the transition. |

Can anyone tell me what Themis really did?
As far as Hawlk is concerned I think GM K was a great dude and actually added life to the game. I am not sure what has got you wound up about him but I would agree with Jump on this. Give him another chance now that he is working for the company that owns Jumpgate |
