Sigh, if only you could see my server logs. It's becoming more and more rampant. They are looking for specific known flaws. And people give me grief over locking down my scripts to members. They are out there and they have the tools. They don't even have to be knowledgable anymore. Just run the stupid scripts till you hit pay dirt on some site.

They're not even hackers. Just stupid script kiddies.

Shortly before the site went tango-uniform, he did mention, in reply to a comment I posted in the bug board, that he was trying to take care of a script kiddie intrusion, or something to that general effect.

Though, considering that I saw "Hornet" listed as the newest member, when I went to post about my issue, I'm not holding my breath on anything.

I'm guessing that a) he does know about it, and b) Offline duties are keeping him too busy to fix it and/or the site is broken beyond his ability to fix (the latter I wouldn't bet on either way, not knowing his web coding prowess).

As for folks coming here, my Inner Cynic suggests it has something to do with JSR forums not being left wide open aside from keeping legal issues under control.
