I like the ability to comment. It's something that's always been missing. Though I wish my New Posts search wasn't spammed so fiercely by it. I'd look into removing the board from the default search but I would want to be notified of any replies (so I don't miss out on anything worth discussing). I'd be impressed if vb has that sort of flexibility available, but I expect to continue receiving spam.

Oh, and check your PMs in like 30 seconds.

Well, that is only because it grabed all the current items. From now on it will only be in the new post search when there is a new JOSSH article. Theoretically anyway. heh

Yeah but I find the JOSSH news items to be particularly uninteresting; they've always lacked any relevant content. It's cute that they write news blurbs about stuff that happened in the game, but nothing on JOSSH news has ever been need-to-know information. Important stuff is always discussed by the community in detail elsewhere. If someone started a discussion by replying to one of those posts, then I'd want to know about it. That's my dilemma - I don't care about what TRINN is saying, but I would like to know what other people are saying about TRINN. And the News Bot showing up on my New Posts list is what bothers me. But it's largely a non-issue. Just me being vocal about something that bothers me.

I turned it off while JOSSH was down. It should update next cycle.

For some reason it won't run by cron. Just manually. I'll have to look into that.

Yeah, it also did the grain story twice instead of picking up this one. FIX IT JUMP!!
