I forgot it, and now I can't reactivate my account. I know this isn't the most appropriate place to ask (I can't post on JOSSH forums though), and I already sent an e-mail to pilot support but got back only something which seems to be an automated response, i.e. entirely unhelpful and quite off-topic.

There isn't a reset password button or something by chance, is there?

A couple of my squadies were having trouble with it too.

They weren't really helpful, but the fellas said with a little perserverance, they finally got a hold of some people that fixed their problem.
Most of their issues were with billing, but maybe they can help with passwords too.

Yeah, the (kinda generic) reply I got was to phone some number, but further enquiring by e-mail (I don't live in the US) revealed that my data isn't even in their database. I migrated from the EU database to the US one after shutdown, so I wouldn't be surprised if it was screwed up a bit.

I just kinda need a support GM to fiddle with JOSSH for the password or something, but I'm sure they are busy. I hope they are, anyway!

Both. Mailed pilot support again earlier since I didn't even get a confirmation mail last time, but this time I did. No other reply yet though, so watch this space.

Would be much easier if there was a 'Forgotten your password' button on JOSSH. Perhaps something to suggest for Jumpgate Evolution .

SiR_RoMeO had the same problem. He lost his Jossh-PW and i helped him to write mails to Netdevil and Istvan. They said that they cant help him as long as he cant prove the ownership of this account. Usually you can do that by holding the PW. Even vouching for him by several members of the community coulndt convince netdevil of his ownership. If you find a way how to do this without getting data from planetactive, pls tell me.
