Or declare FC to be enemies of QH and try to change the current public perception that stealing stuff is the work of an "outlaw" not the work of a factionalist who is conducting economic warfare against his enemies (I would personally tend to support this view, though I think many have a stronger distaste for the stigma attached to using "pirate" tags or gear than I do). Maybe the MT patch will change things and make this paradigm shift more viable.

Or tell everyone that you have chosen to become pro-Quant privateers and that anyone you don't like is subject to search/seizure. The more conservative factionalists may or may not support you depending on your RoE, but at least people would know what to expect...and that is the biggest issue here I believe.

Had an "outlaw" burgled the stuff, there would be no drama. But factionalists are generally expected to be the good guys, more or less...at least when it comes to piracy.


On a more general note to everyone in Jumpgate: regarding the prevelant "he did X lame maneuver, so my doing Y lame thing is totally justified" line of thinking, how is that working out for you guys? Looking back over the past year, feelings have only gotten worse and the chief perpetrators of the initial lameness (may be actual different individuals/squads depending entirely on your point of view) are all still going strong. Though I use the term "strong" very loosely since what has actually happened over a year is a remarkably steady decline of active pilots of every faction/group largely because of the bad feelings making things less fun for everyone.

I have been watching Adi do this for 2 weeks, he made 200m in around 15 runs while doing other stuff. People say how long to make back 200m, well 2 weeks ago Adi was 200m lighter. it's all on Pilotstats. Besides the point because I like most cannot or will not take the risk like Adi.
