Anyone else having troubles logging into Jumpgate?

Yeah, I've always had trouble logging in Jumpgate. I think that is due to the lack of trees. Makes me wonder where all the lumber comes from.

Clearly the trees come from those planets that are always just out of reach, no matter how long you fly toward them. Same place as the grain.
This brings up an old sticking point of mine. The jumpgate network has created an unescapable attraction, similar to that of a blackhole without the destructive forces, that prevents ships and other debris in their range of influence from actually making headway toward anything else in space. That also explains why most (read: none-pure) roids never move. They're in their optimal static position relative to all jumpgates in the sector.

Well it was my router blocking the system. Seems the night before we had a little surge in the power and it wiped out my firmware which did not prevent any game but Jumpgate from playing. I upgraded it and all is good again.
