More JumpGate questions

1) What squads are dominant in terms of waging war or providing a service (like stocking, mining, etc.)?

2) Are Octs and Quants generally at HG war with each other?

3) Do the Sols even register as a blip on the radar? Do they have ANYTHING going on at all?

4) RATHA's not home right now.

5) What do you think is the MOST needed type of player in the game? (And by that I mean more than just the paying and playing type)

My most objective opinions...

It's every non-Quant really since their coalition includes pirates, pirate hunters, Octs, and anarchists (Balrogs) vs Quants, yes. But it's a civ war that seems to have no end in sight (has one ever ended except by driving one side from the game?...has one ever resulted in an actual winner/loser where someone pays for their crimes?). Some squads are trying to either stay out of the civ war but stay in the HG war, like BH has tried (and met with only mixed success). But most who want to stay out of the civ war just don't log in or don't PvP very often, like Firm/DE/DDZ.

OMC is the main econ squad atm.

Sol seems to be in the earliest beginnings of revival. I saw that ION was reforming as well. We'll have to see if anything comes of those. I hope so.

The players needed most right now are in US prime time and not Quants. I'd log in a lot more if there was an enemy online during USPT. The players needed 2nd-most right now are Quants during EU prime time (US afternoon) where we are often flying outnumbered.
