A new billing problem

QrazyKermi went TRI-C sometime Friday, even though he wasn't due for renewal until Saturday or Sunday. So I reactivated him last night, and I'm sure this will come as a shock to all of you.... he's still TRI-C.

Oh, but NetDevil was good enough to remove my JOSSH forum account permissions. Thank God that part works as well as it does...

I just think they can't afford a premium billing company and are backed into a corner. It's kind of a catch-22 thing. I'm not going to be one to get on them for keeping the car running this long and not fixing the dents. Something is going to give soon. You can feel it in Istvans posts. They will either revive it or shut it down. I'm hoping for revival.

An update: looks like PBC just fixed the issue. It's been about 24 hours since I sent the first email to them. Not a good turn-around, but not as bad as it's been for others.
