OV and QH
Things are getting completely OOC and very much out-of-hand. I suspect the fun factor for all involved is dropping like a stone. You need to find a way to pull out of this death-spiral now before it's too late. I think the first step is for each squad to STFU on the JOSSH forums.

Do they even come to this forum? But I totally agree, it is getting out of hand, and is even leading to bannings, from forums and even one person from game for 2 weeks.

I dont see how its getting out of hand. Gent reacted with cold revenge to a previous act with a solid rp hit, the octs responded with the same. Now the quants have given a fair warning publically for all to see rather than just going ahead regardless. You dont see the octs bitching much about it, just the usual snipes or banter you'd get day to day anyway.
Gent and his quant buddies arent stupid, neither are their targets. Just let it play out and review when its over.

We just playing.
One time in Band Camp Zaz stole my flute.
3 weeks later I civ'ed his ass out of Band Camp.
Band Camp is Band Camp.
Now I'm not allowed to come to Band Camp as Zaz made me look bad for being OOC.
I hang my head in shame.

The greatest joy I get from this game is civ bounty hunting.

It's so amazingly amazingly fun. See, it makes it so my enemies can't possibly win. I either kill them (I win), they kill me (I win), or they run away (tie)

Oh, and it really punishes them civ rippers.
