This is an unofficial protest against MT tags in Jumpgate TRI.

I will no longer log into Jumpgate until I am able to play the game as it is described. Be what the f you want to be.

This game has nerfed alot of RP with these Tags. I am opposed to give my loyalty to any "playable" faction, and I am now unable to play the game at equal level as those who remain loyal. Now, I either have the option to be loyal or recive penalties (bounties) that makes it very unfair.

Either remove this and bring back the HG tag, or introduce some kind of mercenery tag.

I'm confused with the unofficial thing.... but in the end... what matters first is what happened... and see if anyone else agrees on if its a mechanics failure or is lameness actions by in this case your enemy.

Also, think of who you are really hurting with "I no longer will play"... it wont hurt them but it would hurt those that enjoy being with you. In the end, you are one of those that... make Jumpgate feel emptier too.

But first of all, we'd need to hear what happened.

well its not on jossh so its kind of unofficial. but its still a protest.

Ok, me for example. I always liked to fly in Multifactional squads. But I also like pvp. - so thats not possible anymore in reg space(where everyone is)

I also liked to RP a Hyperian. Even if it isnt a playable faction, it is still there. Many more then me, liked to play the role of outcasts, mercs, antiTRI, and so on..

So by introducing MT tags, this was all destroyed unless you arent involved in pvp.

I can't vote for a poll that doesn't give me an option. Two answers that are the same is not a poll.

I hate MT just as much as the next guy, and I'd love to see HG come back, but not by being forced into a 2 same answer poll.

I'll vote for a pve server, but little else. MT is fine, restrictive and without opposition signed on - useless but you'd have more antagonists if civ's were protected.

You can roleplay many activities with what we have available. I dont remember ISU ever using pirate tags for example, they used to wear HG tags which arent available anymore, but now use the pirate tag because allows you to fight and kill people, granted it has restrictions, nothing is perfect.

HG tag wasnt perfect either.

To me, the no tag... was perfect.

i agree. the MT tags are horrible. Bring back HG. Actually, remove the tags completely. they just get in the way of peoples RP.
