Rejoining question.
Hi gang,
It's been a number of years since a payment glitch caused my account to go TRI-C. I had other things going on at the time so I just left it that way. Things have slowed down a bit for me lately and I've been thinking about coming back. My question is that if I reactivate my account will I be starting out at level zero again? I can deal with it if that's the case. But... The reason I ask is that I would periodically check in to see what was going on in the Jumpgate universe and I noticed that my old POS is still sitting in Last Parsec according to http://www.jossh.com/database/pos/data/110.html Is it really still there? Over the past couple of years I'd look in and notice people were buying and selling items to my POS. I couldn't sit idly by after someone finally swiped my six bottles of Quanus Ice! I would love to come back if I can have my old station back. Anyway, glad to see some of the ol familiar names still out there. |

Hrmm, I seem to be having that problem getting in to my account. The reason that it all fell apart a few years ago was because I was using PayPal.
I've since gotten rid of the PayPal account and moved to a different home. So, none of my original info exists any longer. Any ideas on what I should do next, cause it's not letting me in. |

email jumpgate_billing@netdevil.com with all the account info you do have. pilot suport has no jurisdiction over this kind of problem.

I already sent an E-mail to jumpgate_billing@netdevil.com We'll say what they have to say. I plan on using a credit card this time. That's part of the problem getting restarted I think.

Note that you may not see a reply e-mail notifying you that your account billing problem has been resolved, and you're an active pilot. I don't recall seeing any kind of notice when I had to fix the CC info for my account (didn't update exp date, which for the card in question was May 2005)
