I'm assuming the prodboost thing consumes double as it produces double, correct? It would also appear that the quants take it again as the other factions can prodboost their powerplants and quants can't (unless they moved instig production to QC when I wasn't looking).

Are buildings damagable yet or is it just that the notification is in place?

Answer me and I'll promise not to (or promise to, answerers choice) re-up one of my accounts as soon as I find fulltime employment again.

Prodboost doubles production -- I assume it doubles consumption but I honestly don't know. While Quants can only prodboost one semi-useful PP (Antag) it's really not that big of a deal. The /prodboost is most useful for truly rare things like 2nd/3rd-tier commods and missiles. I think the Octs have a ice advantage in doing a Duelists /prodboost, but I don't believe any of this causes major imbalance.

I don't believe building damage is in place, but not sure. It may be GM-definable buildings that are destroyable now. But it's on the way.
