this SUCKS
alright, my account goes TRI because i didnt have money in the account when the billing came through, fine thats no biggie i figure ill follow the link they send me and reactivate....man i was wrong im currently going back and forth through e-mails with billing basically telling me i have to resend ALL my information back to them so that they can manually activate me...AGAIN this is how i reactivated the first time. i put my information last 4 digits of cc number, right billing adress right e-mail adress, this is stuff i KNOW is right because i just got done sending it to them last month and i click the reactivate...and it says it cant find my account or whatever this whole back and forth e-mail thing is getting tiring fast im debating on whether to even reactivate at this point.

well, how long is your password? I once had an issue once because what I type for my password is 10 letters and actual passwords are only 8. However, on the entry billing it accepted more than 8 letters, so my 10 letters were "wrong".

ive e-mailed billing grim, and they said they were going to look into what was causing the problem...then they e-mail me back saying that i have to resend every piece of information back to them cc number what bank etc etc, and im just getting sick of not having a working reactivation method, i dont want to do this every single month or everytime i have to cancel my account for maybe a week to due to lack of funds at the time and my pass is 8 characters long so that isnt an issue
