Well, I just sent the request to cancel my account. I've paid for the last 4 months and haven't touched it, so I've decided to cancel it until I see some incentive to log in again. I was hoping not to cancel it because I know less revenue for them decreases the probability of the incentive happening. It's an unfortunate catch-22, but I just don't have the money to pay for a game I'm not playing.
