Jump, while I have no trouble with blue for a background color, could you perhaps go with a lighter shade? For example, SpaceMonk's first post in the Balrog thread is almost unreadable now with his black text on the dark blue background.

Um, the old background was dark blue bud. Spacemonk, (for some unknown reason), went and changed it to black. I couldn't read it in the old one either. Usually, when someone does something silly like that, you just hold your left mouse button down and drag it over the text to highlight it. Then it is readable.


By the way, you paid for this theme/style.

I wrote a new plugin to put a "What's going on?" box at the bottom of the Jumpgate forums. This gives it the feel of being a main forum. Some bugs in it still. But working.

I'm not going to get much done today since my daughter wants to go support her soccer team even though she can't play with the broken wrist. After that, I'm headed to San Jose to see the Sharks kick some but.

The new Plugin is working out well. There is only 1 file edit I need to do now to add the "What's Going On?" box to any forum I desire. Currently, there is one for the jumpgate forums as a whole as well as the individual squad forums hosted here.

It will automatically list threads and posts for that set of forums and below. It will also count most visitors for that set of forums.

Pretty cool eh?
