I haven't seen you guys suggest anything (with the possible exception of selling gear from a POS). You like to say EU was fun but you don't say what the difference was. Most likely, you don't know what the difference was except that there was gear when you went looking for it. If you make suggestions we'll discuss those, but we can't discuss 'like it was on EU' because a lot of us weren't there.
I'll be equally happy if they make mining work or remove it from the game. Right now it's not working, and with the possible exception of Ambro who thinks people will keep playing anyway, everyone will admit it's not working. You can say it sucks all day long, but until you start making concrete suggestions, all you're doing is complaining. |

Idea: Equipment on POS
Extention: Equipment on POS as Grim so basically put it is the potential outcome. The fact remains at the moment there is not enough equipment such as flashfires, instigators and drop tanks to name a few. This comes from the lack of resources and the ammount of cr*p u get when you want to get say phospherous. The easiest suggestion would be to change what we get for mining so maybe we can get 2-3 units of phos for every 18 odd units of semi roid mined. So, whilst making us mine for it, we don't have to spend as long. The other thing would be to increase things made per cycle, as i'm pretty sure i said in my last post. 9 ff's a cylce would have you sitting there for many hours just buying and not always getting as there are always poachers after your ff's. However one thing that won't work here is CP's as there aren't enough commods to make 1 of each commod make 1 flashfire. So upping the ammount produced a cycle would be great for a lot of items. The basic notion in my suggestions is that the game needs to be sped up, imo, as it takes to long to do anything. It makes sense that PvP people have to either make their own equip or wait for other to make it, but taking so long in making stuff and then having it run out in 1 night will be fustrating. Ambrosius, it's fine that you think that way and if people parting the server has no effect other than possible player bordom due to lack of numbers thats fine. This is a MMORPG which means people should do things together. If the miners are content to sit there on their todd mining away at the expense of everyone else thats fine, i suppose they don't need the number to make the game fun... Custardx |

BTW: I am just 10 (ten) days on the US-Server and in this short time should I know all about whats going on? And for them who would say "But i didn't see you on, where are you at and when?" Some People have to work 12 hours a day and don't have that much time to spend for playing except on workfree-days, so you will rarely see me on, perhaps for one hour a day. |

I don't know if Istvan comes here and reads the forums or not, but I know he reads the suggestions one. If you see an idea that will help there, post that you agree with it. If Istvan see's 100 people agreeing with an idea it's a lot more like to happen than if he see's 4 people agree with it. The best way to get a change made is with numbers of people saying they want it. Some changes we still won't get. Valmagier - CP are wasteful. In a CP 1 unit of phospho, chems, and cesium make only 1 flashfire. On station 1 unit of each can make 9 flashfires. Like Jump said, Istvan isn't finished adjusting the economy. If you think it needs to be adjusted one way or the other, you should really say so on the jossh forums. |
