If any ship is comparable to the nix as a brawler I'm going to say it was the Nado. FF and missile spam has a way of convincing people, not to mention 4 feathers.

I really miss old ammo, and octs flying the old ammo nix.

against someone with decent aim and piloting abilities, the nado could only spam and FF away hoping the missles would do the work for them.

its much to cumbersome to be that effective 1v1/2v1 etc, unless your fighting PvE'ers.

Lets just agree to disagree, cause I have first hand experience in that ship taking on an entire fleet (like 5 or 6) decent PvPers in the Nix. The reason I was able to beat them slowly, 1 by 1, is because I could launch, attack one or two pilots, then use my FF to finish at least one pilot and FF back for a speed-dock, rinse and repeat.

It was a very very capable ship

The Nado is the Jumpgate version of an interceptor. Lots of firepower and short range.

and by decent, you mean whom? doubtful you could take me 1 on 1 with your nado and my nix aside from MS, MS, MS, FF, FF, FF.

Well now we are talking about a whole new game with docking.. I never had that luxury.. no quants would ever come play with me at Oct space and if I landed at any Quant stations I got my armor stripped =(

That is the great thing about my combat style, your pod always speed docks without a problem.

Hands down, the mostest fun ship to fly was the Peregrine. It would take numerous other ships working in concert to take you down after about 12 sectors. Man, I loved that ship.

As a second, I would say the vader is pretty tight.

The new Raven isnt bad WileE... cruising at 476v and having 4 mini guns... not bad at all. Good for running down hurting enemy pilots and fast enough to make for a good bait ship (not in my hands though).

haha that reminds me of that time at QC, you had no armor and Tesrend launched to kill you, and you smoked him before he could get thru your shields. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
