Dear OV,

Please come back. Solidarity somehow wound up with about 8 people online on Sunday, and you guys weren't there to play. There was about the same number of Quantar online, but they didn't seem interested in moving the war meter or actually fighting. As far as I'm concerned Quantar and Solrain can stay at peace.

We're looking for some good fun fights, so come on back. Though, some of these guys are newer, so if like maybe just 4 or 5 of you could come back...that'd be great.

OV will be more than happy to meet you guys.
Some OV are a tad disillusioned with other enemies at current due to their "questionable connections" resulting in an uneven playing field. This is what has resulted in lower numbers.

Actually, we are interested in moving the war meter, and we did fight you. The fact you don't tell us what you were doing meant that we just defended our space, beacons, and then attacked your space and beacons.

As for OV, yeah we miss you too, come back so we can have more fun with you
