Auto Assault is a vehicular combat game. It's sort of like a cross between EVE and a racing game. (no space though) These pictures should give you a glimpse of what is there.

The game looks pretty good, and I think there is a lot of potential there. I will probably be checking it out after it's been out for 3-6 months. I want to see how quickly they patch problems and tweak the game first though.

This game is ripe for a guild called "Mary Kay Commandos", with all cars being pink.

You can use joysticks/steering wheels in the game.

There are three factions in the game.

Humans (Heastia Company) ((AKA SOLS))
Biomeks (Tyranical style gov ((AKA OCTS))
Mutants (chemical style species) ((AKA QUANTS))

There are also three seperate classes for each faction.

Commando (Big buffy tanks)
Engineer (repairs/support)
Liutenent (reinforcements)
Bounty Hunter (speed/stealth)

There are various weapons that you can equip on the fly. You can also change your vehicle, chassis, to a different one. Example: Hummer to a Tank.

You can add enhancements/craft weapons in the game. Example: You add +13 physical damage to your weapon.

There are several different types of weapon damages.

Physical, Chemical, Energy, Radioactive, and, Fire?, types.

Vehicle controls are easy for all different types of input. (Joysticks too)

The graphics and physics are really good. (Try out the accelerator tube while in the human training area.)

You start out in an area where it teaches you to do all the neccesary stuff in the game. There's even help tips if you like them.

Equipment = Jumpgate style.

Coolio. Since it has joystick functionality, I can offer a forum here if any ex Jumpgate'ers (or anyone) is going to play that game and wants a familiar hangout. Up to you guys. It must be used though. I'm taking down that Tachyon heap that noone used. Who's idea was that anyway? *looks around for RK*

I've got several movies as well now. They just need to be converted to a smaller size.

Looking forward to seeing them. I will have to experience this game vicariously since I won't be able to build a new system till next year.

Do they publish realtime game data like Jumpgate does?

Not as far as I know. But they made the game more like World of Warcraft on wheels. You don't change the world here.

oh. I don't have anything that can convert them also. any suggestions?

By the sound of it. PvP will be real time stats. You can pull info like you do in jumpgate. I think.
