I would imagine that such a forum would require a fairly regular moderator presence, personally. Given what's been said about some skills affected by random number generators, I can easily see more than a bit of sniping on the subject.

Both ways, actually, but the Jumpgate forums are already pretty well covered as far as moderators go.
