Connection speeds, ping times and lag

I have been trying the free version of this product cFosSpeed, faster Internet access with Traffic Shaping . I must say, I am impressed with it's results. Some of the sites I visit have too much crap on their pages and always hang. With this they load up right away. I was sceptical but now I'm amazed. I haven't really read it all, and much seems to be in German, but I think it re-prioritizes the upload packets so the download is not impeded.

It claims to take care of ping issues and it seems to work great with me. Perhaps if your playing a game and having lag issues you may give it a try. It has a 30 day free trial so what have you got to lose.

It has a setting to enhance ping at the expense of a little bandwidth. It might help some of the EU players with lag. Maybe if someone tests it over their we'll know better.

This thing is pretty sweet. I put a copy on my kids computer and it now can now moderate the flow of the two systems on the network in relationship to each other. I set the kids to have a b/w limit and now I don't get any slow downs when they are at that kiddy site with all the flash games.
