Ummmmm...

there isn't a current place for me to put them, so I clicked Albums, made a new one...

Gallery - Error

But when I click upload its not in the drop down for places for me to upload to.

How do I do this?

1) It's called "suggestions and Ideas" and is part of the contest forums.

2) you are mistaking what "album" is for. It's not to upload to. It is to catalog things you want quick access to that are already in the gallery.
