Dr. Who
Anyone watching the Dr. Who episodes on SiFi channel? I know you Brits and Canadians probably saw it last year. You guys shouldn't make us Yanks wait so long.

I like this Doctor but was saddened to hear it will be his only season.

I guess I may not watch it anymore then cause I like the dude they got playin the doctor. Rose is cute to. Hope they dont change her.

Rose stays and the new Doctor is David Tennant who played Barty Crouch Jr. in Goblet of Fire. I wonder if he will do that thing with his tongue. Tom Baker will always be the template IMO.

Chris Eccles is great, Rose is great too and look out for the bad wolf.

The next doctor is even better imo though, so be prepared to let the template be re-written.

David Tennant brings a lot of depth to the role, and "the girl in the fireplace" episode (youll have to wait for that one, its season 2) is a knockout!

I don't think anyone will ever match Tom Baker. And I do not stand alone in that opinion. But that will never keep me from enjoying each incarnation and it's contributions.

awwww just watched series 2 episode 9 (part II of episode 8) and what can I say.... Fan-drwho-tastic

Dr Who meets "DOOM" + a nice shot of Rose's good british butt as she scrambles through a ventilation tunnel....

there is a special 7 minute "children in need" (an annual tv charity fund raising event in the uk) Dr Who sketch that was available to watch on their website for a while that slips in between the last episode of series 1 and the 1st proper episode with david tennant (a christmas invasion).

Not sure where you can get it now but it might be available on bit torrent somewhere. Ive not seen it either so im off to look for it now myself.

I found it and downloaded it and it actualy answered some of the questions I had been wondering when series 2 kicked off (like what happened to captain jack (it was only mentioned so ears peeled).

Im not sure of the legalities for bitt0rrent but all the dr whos are available at www.isohunt.com. The children in need teaser/special being at http://isohunt.com/torrents.php?ihq=...&op=and&iht=-1 However if you do download them you MUST also watch them when the are aired so as the series ratings stay high
