I spent the entire weekend stressing and planning an insanely complicated house purchase, and the addition that will have to be built post-purchase.... only to learn at 8:05 AM this morning that my plans don't meet zoning requirements. Now I have to go back to the drawing board and start over, which includes revisiting the financial plan.

So, not a good day for me since.... Jan 24 or so...
