I had same troubles in school with teachers that didnt know the difference between antivirus and virus. They tought I was making a virus when I scanned for viruses..

There are some horribly horrible teachers in the world amongst the good ones. My son has one now and let's just say me and the school are not getting along. They can become pretty archaic and locked in the era they were educated in. Thankfully, there are good ones out there too.

As I read it.. sounds as if you were to be held in the school for 3 days

I can tell you from experience that in-school suspension is basically all-day detention, where you sit in the detention room rather than going to your normal classes.

If you did something, you earned a visit to the directors office and probably a go-home card.
