I hope to make my pilgrimage to the Hall of Fame someday.

The Sharks are actually going into this "new age of NHL" pretty solid. Marleau wants to stay, and they have plenty of cap room to sign their guys, and still pick up a free agent or two. With Nabokov, they have a solid goaltender, and their blueline is good too.

And, for what it is worth, I just won the Stanley Cup with them on NHL 2004...so that has to mean something. Though I did trade Damphoose for Gaborik, and Ricci for Nash (I wish I structured that one differently). Also, I just had to let Sturm go because he wanted too damn much money.

Man....I love hockey.

I think he may have. I cannot remember for sure, but he is not listed on their roster of last year. The Sharks have some really great young players, that I really enjoyed watching in the playoffs. Great speed and really good skills. They will be a fun team to watch!

I am saving my pennies so I can get NHL Center Ice. Unfortunately, Baton Rouge, LA is not a hockey hotbed.

And 40 games a week gives me wood.
