A lot of people think homeless people pee themselves. Oddly enough, that's not the case. What happens is that drunk people leave bars and walk past homeless people. The drunks amuse themselves by urinating on the homeless. The sorry lot don't have washing machines or a change of clothes, and thus end up smelling like urine and getting a reputation of incontinence.
