To be serious for the only time this month, I think this site is unfriendly to the sort of banter that borders on sandbox material. That's not a good thing or a bad thing, it's just maintaining a specific course for this site. Some people don't get that, and think all sites should allow for a certain amount of side-tracking and topic degeneration. But you've been clear about how you wanted people to behave on this site, so they only have themselves to blame when their comments don't sit well.

Except for me, of course: I do nothing wrong. When I get edited, it's because the moderators here are infinitely wise...

This is the part where I start talking about someone's mother, goats, kitchen utensils, and other assorted paraphernalia.

As just about everyone in Jumpgate knows both names it's hard to hide behind one or the other...

And yes, I meant what I said. I've always felt that JGW has been the place for more "honest/realistic" discussions about Jumpgate. JSR? Not so much...

If you consider whining, bitching, crying and stomping your feet when you don't get your way "honest/realistic" then have fun.

If you consider attacking and demeaning anyone that doesn't agree with you as discusion then I'm sure you're better off there.

Yes but that site was around for 2 years prior and no one gave a care. Everyone there ignored Hornets efforts until the big flush. Of course, by then, he had moved on and still is. Which is the only reason people get away with what they do there.
