Need help with adding avatar

Looked around in "User CP" for a way to add an avatar but all I can find is "edit avatar". In there I have no option to add or upload an avatar, only to reset avatar but that doesn't help.

Am I looking at the wrong place or is it some thing that needs to be avtivated by an Admin?
Thankful for any help you can give me.

you've only just signed up to JSR, same thing happened to me when i started. after a certain undisclosed amount of posts it unlocks itself i believe. but Jump will answe that one better for you.
